Michael is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bosun Asset Management LLC. He has been in critical leadership roles at Bank of America and Wells Fargo in the equity and debt markets. He has also led government affairs in the US, LATAM, and Europe, working on policy issues related to broadband expansion to the world’s underserved.

Michael has a BSBA in Business Administration from Bucknell University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
