Michael Brodsky

President & Chief Compliance Officer

Michael is the President and Chief Compliance Officer of Bosun Asset Management. Before Bosun, Michael led investments in public companies, working with The Pritzker Group and Limco Investments. As an investor and fund manager, he served on the board of directors of 9 public companies, 6 as Chairman. Michael serves as Chairman of the Board of PowerFleet, Inc. (AIOT).

Michael received his BA from Syracuse University, an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a JD from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law, where he serves on the Advisory Board.
