Bill is the Portfolio Manager of Bosun Options Solutions. Prior to Bosun, he helped introduce significant financial market innovations as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Research for Cboe Holdings. Bill was instrumental in the creation of options and futures on the Cboe Volatility Index (VIX).

Bill serves as Senior Advisor to the CEO and Head of Research for the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE).

Bill has a BS in Physics from LeMoyne College and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
